During our recent family stay at Santa Teresa, we found the hotel to be a convenient base for exploring the city's historic sites. With a child under six, it was reassuring to see that the hotel offered family-friendly amenities. Our little one enjoyed surfing the web, keeping entertained while we relaxed. The staff, although eager to assist, seemed somewhat overwhelmed at times, possibly due to a high guest load. Despite this, the hotel's central location near the city wall allowed us to easily access museums and other cultural attractions, enriching our experience. The room was comfortable, the bathroom tidy, and the overall ambiance, given its old-turned-renovated charm, added a touch of historic authenticity to our stay. Santa Teresa provided a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for families seeking a well-rounded cultural getaway.
